As a student, I was gifted in math. I went through school rarely scoring anything lower than a 95 in math courses. I routinely tested in the 99 percentile on standardized test, and as a 6th grader test showed I was already on the 11th grade level. I finished several college math courses with a 105 average. I started tutoring math in January of 2001. I'm a graduate of Georgia Tech '87 with a Masters degree, since then I've worked with numerous Department of Defense contractors working on projects ranging from Image Processing to Missile Simulation.
