Planning to be a Principal in the future

I have learned overtime that children learn best with repitition and engagement. I will ask them a question, and if they get it wrong, we will come back to it until they know it very well.
I plan on majoring in Elementary Education in college, then going on to get my Masters in Education Administration. My comments on tutoring Elementary Phonics : I can problem solve and work with the student, many different ways, until we come up with a strategy that "clicks" with them.

Obtuse; willing to think outside of the box to get the student interested, even, excited to learn.
I have tutored fellow classmates in HS. I've taught my nieces and nephew to understand and love mathematics, as well as respect science, which is really just the real-world application of mathematics. I can explain many abstract topics in tangible ways. I love when I see that twinkle in someone's eye when something clicks and they grab onto the topic they once didn't comprehend.
