Throughout my entire undergraduate education, I tutored other students in multiple areas of mathematics, which was highly recommended as a math major, but I continued to tutored after I changed my major to finance one semester before graduation. I began teaching algebra level 1 and 2 to high schoolers before taking a job in finance. I currently work for that same company and have obtained my MBA in the meantime. A Little Bit About Me...

I have been told by my first year teaching mentor that my style of teaching is "unconventional". Although I majored in English, I had a concentration in creative writing and a minor in visual arts. I think of writing as an art, and so I use creative methods in the classroom to teach students.
