After growing up with both parents in the teaching profession I received my undergraduate degree in business from the University of Delaware. After working in the field of business, I realized the business world was not for me. I felt my calling was in education, just like my parents. That is when I decided to attend Drexel University to pursue my masters in education.

As a supervisor and trainer in the military, it was my responsibility to train the new individuals that came into the job. There was a lot of studying material that I constantly had to sit down and go over with them. We made flashcards, took notes, made up quizzes, did verbal question and answers, etc. I actually used to tutor math in High School when I was in an advanced Calculus class and have helped many friends with their college math. As a grad student, I am writing lots of essays which has really helped me with my English skills. I have a lot of academic experience that I would love to utilize while tutoring.

I graduated from a Pennsylvania Systems of Higher Education college with a B.S. in Mathematics and a minor in Physics. The entire time I was enrolled I was a tutor in the Math Assistant Center as one of the top tutors. I was always told I should be a teacher but for now I am on a quest to get my PhD.
