My comments on tutoring Composition : I am an excellent writer and composer of many, many works, having written dozens of speeches, prose, and writings entirely on my own, and learned many tools, techniques, and options for writing and composition. I continue to be a prolific writer and composer to this day.

I like to use the Socratic method, mainly by asking questions and challenging assumptions. In addition, I like to engage those I teach, challenging them to think about what they previously have not considered. I believe in building on successes, and offering constructive criticism, where appropriate.
I have mentored various people since 2000, in all types of subjects, including math, science, social sciences, English, writing, literature, and other related subjects. My academic record is very strong, and I believe empowering those I work with every single time. The only pre-requisites are that you have to be willing to learn, and learn how to learn.

With my numerous experiences in education, I think I could be a great asset in helping students become more knowledgeable. I have worked as a Tutor, Assistant Teacher, and did a short placement as an Interim Teacher. I can easily adjust to changing environments that will best suit the student’s potential. I am blessed to have attended a college that prepared me for real world situations and classroom circumstances. I have achieved two bachelor's degrees, a BS in bible and a BS in elementary education. I have also achieved a master's in holistic education. These degree programs provided me with a grasp of all subject areas in the elementary portion of schooling. I like to accommodate to a child's personality and likes to help them to learn through distinct processes. When given the opportunity in the correct manner, children can learn most of what is put in front of them. By using example catered specifically to certain children, they are able to connect to the tutor as well as the subject. As a tutor, I am kind, laid-back and patient. Each person learns at an individual pace. I use the Gardner system of multiple intelligences to facilitate individual learning style. I do not believe something is impossible to learn, or unteachable. Patience is a moral and ethic rule with my personal professional style.
