My teaching style depends on the student, but I like to use demonstrations, work through a problem instead of giving a problem, and I use visual learning methods (pictures and examples)
I graduated high school in 2013 and became a student at Adams State University in the fall of 2013. I then moved to Georgia and I am currently working through my application process to Columbus State University. I did a lot of volunteer work during high school and was involved in many things, ranging from two years in ROTC to becoming a Student Ambassador for the "People to People" program. I have volunteered over 80 hours combined from the summers of 2011-2012.I've worked with a diverse amount of students ages varying.Although I do mainly focusing on K-1 ,I am capable of helping any elementary student become successful and improve there selves in what ever it is that there struggling in. I am patient,because I know how it feels to have a disorder not being able to learn at the same pace.I have been in your child's shoes before so usually kids with disorders connect with me quicker then others .
