A Little Bit About Me...

For the past five years I have been a substitute teacher for MSAD 58. Grade levels I have experience with include K through 12. While I have subbed in all subjects, I really enjoy working with secondary level students in mathematics. A few years ago I filled in for a high school teacher for six weeks. I even got to plan lessons and grade work. I really enjoyed the time I spent with these students helping them pass their Algebra Competency exams.
Because I have substituted at all grade levels and with all ability levels, I know how different each and every student learns. As a graduate of a renowned Teaching College, I have been motivated to set high standards for my educational and teaching practices. I currently have a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education for grades 7-12. My content concentration is Social Sciences. The Special Education background enables me to assist struggling learners with Special Education Law, Reading, Math and other related subjects.
