I developed a heart for young people at an early age, as my parents were missionaries to Native Americans. I truly believe that education has changed my life and promote higher education. I am able to relate to children of all ages and in the past two years especially related to high school and young college students who were looking for their way in life. I have worked in a higher education environment since 2000. I tuaught CPR and First Aid classes for 4 years for Child Care providers from 1996 to 2000. I began my teaching career after 10 years in another field. I have a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature and a Master’s degree in Education. I have 5 years of teaching experience both at the high school and community college level. I have completed my B.A. from Regent University in Government. I have strong skills in logic, math, and political philosophy. The program that I completed placed a strong emphasis on reading and writing skills and because of that I have also become proficient in writing and English related processes. I was a tutor at Butler County Community College for almost two years. I helped students through all of the math courses up to Calculus III.
