I have danced since the age of five. From the age of fifteen until the start of my college career I competed nationally in jazz and tap dance. . I also worked professionally as a dancer for Theatre West Virginia. Since completing my Dance degree from UNC-Greensboro I have concentrated primarily on modern dance techniques, yoga, choreography, and performance.

My comments on tutoring Drama : I began acting while in high school and have multiple stage credits to my name, both in school and community productions. Most of my experience with musical theater (I have voice training as well) and comedy, but I can offer assistance with all forms of drama and acting (line memorization and delivery, stage instruction, stage presence, etc...).

The Omega School, an alternative hiigh school that occupied a few rooms in an an old office buiilding, helped high risk students who couldn't fit into a regular high school environment obtain their GED. For the past two years, I was the high school English teacher in a small, rural Alaskan village located on the Yukon River. This teaching position was very challenging--I had to teach several subjects, such as English, social studies, geography, art, keyboarding, drama, journalism, and digital photography.
