I began my childhood care at 15 years of age by working as a camp counselor for young children (3-5 years). I loved my summer experiences and found engaging with youngsters fulfilling and innate. I did form several babysitting relationships with families of the students. Again, I was always excited to spend time with the kids sharing in their creative energy. I try to model my own love of learning to my mentee.

I’ve been exploring possible future careers for myself. Recently as I was tutoring one of my classmates with an English assignment, she mentioned to me that I am very easy-going when it comes to helping her learn and understand the assignments.
