Algebra II is one of my top subjects!

I'm permanently a student. Before I joined the Air Force, while in the Air Force, and after I separated I've been school. Coincidentally, I separated to take the opportunity to go back to school. Currently, I'm studying engineering in North Carolina at UNCA and planning to transfer to the University of Colorado premiere engineering school. I know the process of getting into the Air Force (at least the top jobs) and being a college student particularly an engineering student. I've had courses in all major classes of math before Calculus, scored above a 600 on the SAT math portion, and have earned A's in my initial Pre-calculus classes. Professional Exam Prep and Subject Tutoring

During my time as Head Tutor at UNCA, regardless of department, I tutored over 200 students in mathematics and physics. Of those students, at least 80% saw an increase of at least one letter grade and at least 20% saw an increase by two letter grades. Many students I tutored in one subject came back to be for tutoring in the other. Teacher with gentle touch - Very good at explaining new subj

Web manager and usability analyst as well as instructor. I have been asked at various jobs to teach training classes to my peers because of my ability to deliver an easy to understand lesson. I've been told I am very good at explaining a topic that someone has no experience with at all. I am on contract with NC States Computer Training Unit.
I try to find the teaching style that is going to work for the student. Are they visual? Do they need to touch to learn? Finding out how to teach them and then helping them learn skills for independent study are just as important as the material.
