I double-majored in biology in chemistry in undergrad, so the field of science and medicine is my first love and my strength. I have also received a Masters of Public Health Degree in Epidemiology, and have since completed my 2nd year of medical school. I have always had a strong affinity for math and english as well. A Little Bit About Me...

Whether teaching my son to read, guiding elementary school students through a discussion of the water cycle, or assisting a classmate with a term paper, I always try to employ the Socratic method. I believe that one teaches by asking questions rather than by providing answers. Things learned by rote are easily forgotten.
