Genetics is one of my top subjects! I have just completed a PhD in genetics (specifically plant genetics) and I was a TA for Cornell's Introduction to Genetics class for 8 semesters

My teaching style consists of asking leading questions to enable the student to learn how to think through problems on their own.
Though my experience is mostly in molecular biology, it can be expanded to general life sciences. I have just completed a PhD in Genetics at Cornell University with a minor in biochemistry and during my graduate experience, I lectured as a Teaching Assistant for the Introduction to Genetics class for 8 semesters.

A Little Bit About Me...

Bachelor's degree in Zoology, coursework included Genetics, Microbiology, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Mammalogy, Ornithology, Ecology, Physiology, Anatomy, Invertebrate and Vertebrate Zoology, Paleontology. Also spent 3 months in the Costa Rican rainforest, working with a conservation organization, mainly with sea turtles, but also monitoring primates, birds, and amphibians.
