I like to make learning an experience. I typically try to relate certain problems or topics to the child's actual life to make it easier for them to learn. I feel as if the best way to learn is to have fun. I am an honors high school student and I have never made anything below a B in any class. My specialties are math and English, being that I receive the highest grade in the two subjects. I also love working with children to help them better understand anything I can possibly teach. I am also a very strong person, in leadership I mean. I hold one of the highest ranks in JROTC and I feel like it is one thing I do best.

This class would have to do with things like systems of equations, etc. Even though I took these classes years ago, I still remember them as if I had taken them yesterday. I don't have much experience in tutoring students. However, in what experience I have, has been limited to college students and my my best friend's youngest daughter. I have tutored my friend's daughter in math and English. I have assisted her with science and social studies projects. Her ADHD can inhibit the learning process, but we are able to work through the problems. Learning about weighted blankets helped me work with her. She is a kinetic learner. my nieces are both visual learners. I have to adapt to each learning style. Teaching brings me pleasure.
