I have earned my bachelors degree in Biology, and have earned a minor in Chemistry. I have successfully acquired a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in Painting from Central Washington University. Last May in Seattle, I submitted and displayed my work at an art show. I am presently working on my next collection to show in the near future. Since beginning my life in Fine Arts, I have been Sharing my knowledge and learning from my friends and family, like the Impressionists who talked over coffee in Montmartre. My teaching style is very goal-oriented, yet flexible enough to accomodate a variety of methods. Some students learn best from lectures, other learn from visuals while some are much better at hands-on instruction and correlations/representations. Each student has boundless potential; it is up to a knowledgeable educator to help that student unlock their potential and soar. I have had to opportunity to travel to many places in the world, and have found that no matter what the culture, children are so very similar in their thirst for knowledge.
