I tutored before but of course I wasn't paid for it because it was at my old elementary school. I helped children from ages 8-13 which I was only 11 or 12 at the time. My comments on tutoring Anatomy : I recently took A and P I and II, and did very well in both sections

I have been teaching math since 8/2000. I first began teaching in a large urban district and then switched to teaching in a private school. I have taught math at both the high school and middle school levels. The subjects I have taught include algebra I and II, geometry, AP Calculus AB,and middle school math. I have tutored math every year that I taught, and also tutored GED math for 1 year.
I think that I am very clear and concise in my explanations of concepts. I am also very good at explaining concepts in multiple ways. So if a student doesn't get how to do a problem using one method, I can go over another approach. I'm a good listener.

I Graduated with a 3.6 GPA from Northwest Nazarene University with a bachelors of science in biology. During my time at NNU I was on the cadaver dissection team as well as selected for a summer research project on Alzheimer's.
