A Little Bit About Me...

Since I am fairly fresh to the market, I have learned many of the newer teaching strategies that benefit a wide array of students. My masters degree is in Inclusion which has taught me to reach students of both extremes of the spectrum. I am able to mold my lessons to fit students with accelerated abilities and students who may need a better focus or basic understanding. During my past three years at St. John Fisher College I have been actively engaged in the chemistry department. I have been exposed to various teaching types, one being active learning within a group. This has allowed me to develop teaching skills by explaining my ideas on the subject to my group, while learning the material at the same time. Also, for the past two years I have been an individual tutor for students taking introduction to chemistry.
