Physics is one of my top subjects!

As an UNCC graduate, I got the opportunity to obtain a broad and in-depth knowledge in the field of Electronic Engineering. I earned a BS and an MS in Electronic Engineering which gave me the opportunity of gain an understanding in the areas of math and science, including Calculus, Differential Equations, Statistics, Physics and Quantum Physics. I have left the corporate after 18 years to pursue teaching. I have two bachelors degrees in physics & mech. engineering. I want to put these to use and make an impact on kids in my community. I have been pursuing a lateral teaching entry position, while substituting. I am mentoring with a local teacher and have finished a course in effective teaching. I am tutoring at my church and reading education material, along with boning up on science material.
I am by nature an encourager. I am optimistic every child can learn -- the trick is to spark an interest in the subject and communicate the material to them in an understandable way.
