My comments on tutoring Biology : I didn't go on to pursue an advanced degree in biology, but I love it, understand it, and would love to help you learn!

Tutored my way through high school, college, and have spent the years after graduation part-time tutoring high school students to get into whichever schools they set their sights on. My B.A. in German(4.0GPR) was a continuation of my studies started in seventh grade. I still have a solid grammatical base, but my spoken skill has lessened. A Little Bit About Me...

I enjoy helping students work through tough problems by allowing them to make mistakes and then rework the problem a couple of times the correct way. Since this is my area of expertise, I am able to come up with examples on the fly that will target the areas most troublesome to the student. Mathematics is a field that requires repetition but making that repetition as interesting as possible is a fun challenge. While in undergrad I was active in many student organizations and volunteer opportunities. I volunteered at science olympiad for a year and also tutored middle school students.
