I have 20 years of teaching experience. I am an Orton Gillingham trained reading tutor for students with reading delays and dyslexia. I teach both math and reading in a multi-sensory way in which students can experience learning with both their hands and mind. As a graduate of the top chiropractic school in the world, I have achieved a high level of education. I have a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Through out the years I have taught 5-8th graders in various subjects, as well as helped teach for a national board review company to chiropractic students all over the country in a variety of topics. I was also the editor-in-chief for the Palmer Triune, helping me obtain an excellent understanding and appreciation for the English language.
My teaching style is different for each student. I have never considered myself a student that things come easy to. First I like to try to ask them where they are having trouble or watch them do some problems to see where they are having troubles. Where I find the problem I would show them the correct ways to approach a problem and prove it to them or use other methods to help them understand how the concepts work.
