Over the years that I lived in Japan, I also taught French to college students, as well as tutoring French. I also have visited France a number of times. I have a very relaxed style of teaching. Not so relaxed that there is not order in the classroom, but a style designed to put students at ease and to put them into a mood for learning. I encourage participation, active participation in class, and I encourage questions.
