I taught Biology labs for two years at MSU and have taught Biology classes at OTC for the past four years. I also work for the Ozarks Literacy Council to aid adults in advancing their reading level.

I like emphasis on visual education and demonstrations because they stick with you much longer than technical memorization of topics. Its important to let them see the applications from knowing calculus based formulas to predict market declines (algorithms), to basic math in in inventory work, to understanding complex words and their proper sentence usage so they can understand what rudimentary or neophyte means in a job interview.
