I have recently graduated from Virginia Tech where I majored in Biological Sciences. This included biology, physics, and chemistry as focus points. My tutoring experience has been volunteer work. A Little Bit About Me...

My most recent rewarding interaction with kids has been been the result of functioning as a mentor for the LC Bird High School robotics team. I've have been able to motivate many general students to join the “robotics geeks”. Teaching is a special skill that needs a lot of patience. I think with positive thinking and encouragement a child is always willing to learn. I have been teaching 3rd grade Sunday School for two years. I have been assisting my children in an educational capacity for over 7 years.
