I like to challenge people to think outside of the box. I worked as a camp counselor for 3 summers, and understand that everyone has different learning styles. When this does not work, I do not just tell the student what goes where or why this doesn't work, I give reasons and have them tell me these same reasons the next time we come across something that doesn't work.
