A Little Bit About Me...

Most of my teaching experience is from one to one tutoring. I have tutored over 20 students and always received compliments regarding my reliability, punctuality, style and patience. I have tutored for students with ages raging from 14 to 25 years old and included algebra, geometry, calculus, physics, etc. I worked as an 8th grade math teacher for a Catholic School as well. I lectured algebra and geometry to 3 different groups of 50 to 55 students.
My one to one teaching style is tailored to adapt to the students learning style. However, my experience shows that keeping the student active during the learning process promotes a better learning. I use Microsoft Excel during my lessons. I create formulas, graphs, etc. and the Excel spreadsheet and ask the student to enter the data so that he/she can see how things change with different entries. A Little Bit About Me...

As a French native and a resident of the United States, I developed a profound interest in foreign languages and teaching French. My degree in Computer Science, mathematics and my subsequent experience in the field in France and Quebec, Canada enabled me develop my critical thinking abilities and writing research papers during my studies helped me with my grammatical skills. Since 2004 I have taught French (speaking, listening comprehension and reading comprehension as well as grammar) to individuals at different levels. My others specialities are Physics and biology.
