Currently pursuing my second Bachelor's degree, I have been exposed to a wide variety of curriculum. I excel in teaching the required level of High School and College level mathematics and also have an aptitude for academic, technical, and narrative writing. I have tutored for the past year at the Center for Academic Support and Excellence at SUNY Cobleskill. I am a senior at the State University at Albany, where I am majoring in History. I am aniticapting graduating in the summer of 2010. I earned my AS degree in Liberal Arts. I currently work as a after school counselor at PineBush Elementary in Guilderland NY. Majoring in History, I have learned to write various papers and analized data. I have tutured students also in other subjects such as English, and Government.

I have been an amateur tutor ever since high school, when I tutored classmates for free. I spent 6 years as a nuclear trained electrician in the US Navy, 10 years in academia where I studied and taught psychology, biology, and communications, and the past 10 years in retail management. I took it upon myself to conduct impromptu training sessions in many different areas of study while in the Navy, and actively helped shipmates engaged in external study programs. I implemented a tutoring program for pre-med and pre-vet students and others while a member of Beta-Beta-Beta (the National Honor Society for Biology) at Southern Illinois University.
