MBA, BS prepared professional looking to tutor

I am an 15 year IT professional, the last 3 with the University of Iowa. I also have 6 years of chemical/biologincal operations and technical writing experience with Abbott Laboratories and SC Johnson Wax. Schooling includes a BS in Business/MIS with a minor in English and an MBA with concentration in International Business and Finanace. I am preparing to begin a PhD program in Business, and have scored a GMAT of 770 in 2005 and a GRE of 1330 in 2010.

I feel that everyone has the ability to learn; but we all learn at different rates and in different ways. It is a matter of finding what works best for the learner and having the patience to get them through the fears that come with learning something new...or learning something that has not come easily. I have never tutored for money but I used to tutor a lot for free. This developed my passion for teaching and even as a graduate student at Univ. of North Texas, I used to teach undergraduate students (including freshmen).
