Creative Writing is one of my top subjects! Creative Writing allows me to put my ideas and thoughts on paper to allow me to go back and improve on my ideas in poetry, journalism, blogging, and fashion photography. My first job right after turning 16 was working as a photographer and journalist for the local newspaper in my hometown. For three years, I have been a writing consultant for students at Rice University who took classes in rhetoric & composition. Some students have been ESL (English as a Second Language). I have tutored at least 25 students total (about 5 per semester), and so I have had experience with tutoring students with a variety of needs.
I recognize that each meeting is unique, and I have a great amount of patience and empathy.
