Cumulatively, including extended substitute teaching situations, I have taught all grade levels 1-12 in various subjects. I would describe my teaching style as ecclectic. By this I mean that I discern which style or strategy would best accomdodate the needs of the particular child, based on their learning style. For example, if a student has a talent and passion for music, perhaps setting some of their social studies and science materials to song will help them better absorb the information.
