Took government and Economics freshman year. I can adapt to the needs of the students. I have attended the top Arkansas prep school since middle school(Episcopal Collegiate). I never had enough time to tutor because of sports, but I tore my meniscus this august so I am free now. I tutor my little brothers(one is mentally disabled)when they need it, and I have tutored only a couple others. My best subjects are government, economics, History(all), and English.

I really enjoy helping children and teenagers discover new things through education. I am the oldest of five children and I have helped my siblings in practically every subject area over the last 10 years. I am a very patient because I know that everyone has different learning styles. Once a child's learning method is identified, he or she will really start to meet their potential. I graduated in 2007 from the University of Arkanas with a degree in Political Science. Currently I am a legislative analyst for the state of Arkansas and work daily with legislators to pass legislation. I also have experience teaching conversational English as a Second Language overseas to Chinese English-teachers. My strengths are writing research papers and essays. I have extensive experience with government and any social sciences.

However, most of all I hope I can leave a feeling of respect for the studies and for the people around us. I have earned a BS in Chemistry and a minor in Math. I am currently working as a chemist, so I have kept up with all the new studies that are taking place right now. I have tutored all through High School, College and thereafter. I began my educational goals as a medical student, but later was advised that I should branch off into teaching and instructional applications by undergraduate and graduate professors.I'm so glad I took their advice because I really enjoy teaching and observing growth and development in my students.
