My philosophy of education is that all students can learn, and it is up to us as teachers to present materials in a way for their understanding. Every child has the potential to learn. However, every child is different and therefore, learns differently. It is important for an educator to understand this. It is crucial for a teacher to get to know their students and be able to create lesson plans that are not only innovative, but that are accomodating to each of their students.
