I have taught Medical Neuroanatomy to medical students at the University of Iowa Medical School. Students were directed in dissecting and identifying parts of the human brain. Try to put myself in students perspective. Try to feel out the students perception of Mathematics and then try and tailor the presented material on that basis. Many students take Math because it is required and not worth putting any extra thought other than passing the course. I teach by example and experience as to how the concepts of Math apply to their everyday lives.
