It has been said that no one rises to low expectations. I believe that every child CAN learn, but that the process of teaching each child must vary depending on their learning style. Tutoring gives teachers the unique advantage of having students one on one, and allows us to truly discover what methods work best for those students.

I have wanted to be a teacher for as long as I can remember. Circumstances have always prevented me from pursuing my goal. Due to family issues, I dropped out at in the 9th grade but due to extensive reading most of my life on many subjects, and being gifted intellectually, thank God, I was enrolled in college at the age of 16. Due to my age, I lacked the discipline needed to succeed then so joined the Army at 18 and finished first in my class in their HS program.
