I am direct without being overpowering. I have learned how to help the student come to the right answer compared to explaining why the answer is what it is. Talking them through the thought process of the problem is the first step to solving the problem on their own.

I attended Northeastern Illinois University and obtained a B.A. degree in Elementary & Special Education, with honors. My first job, straight out of college was as an Educational Consultant.
