I am known for my creative teaching style, and work to actively engage a student on their level and then bring them up to their highest potential. I apply an organized and clearly constructive approach to learning, and believe that making lessons as interesting as possible is key. As I've worked with many learning styles, I've come to see that the hands-on approach (global kinesthetic) , or "doing' is most affective. I have sons ages 17 and 20, and continually took an active role in fostering their education. From the time they first set foot in kindergarten, through high school, I regularly volunteered, supporting their and the schools’ needs. I assisted in the classroom, chaperoned field trips, dances, etc., planned and participated at parties, special events and any role that could make a small difference.
