I follow the curriculum. First I go over the material that needs to be taught and I study it as if I were a student who didn't understand. Then, I create lesson plans that are interactive, fun, and modern. I do believe in older methods that work, for example grammar worksheets and journal writing every day to encourage practice. A Little Bit About Me...

Born as a Chinese national and I speak fluent Chinese Mandarin language and I studied Business in Accounting and graduated from SUNY Brockport in 1990 and my mathematical course I always get "A" on my grade (I even get 105 on my test score, believe it or not) and I still love math. Therefore I can tutoring not only business in Accounting and also Math or language in Chinese.

I obtained my degree with Highest Honors, and an overall GPA of 3.88. I graded mostly college algebra and early calculus. I was required to do the same homework and quizzes the students did, and create answer keys. Then, I would go through each problem and either give full credit for a correct answer and work, or partial credit if needed.
