My comments on tutoring English : I have a bachelors degree in English from Lincoln Memorial University. I recieved a 3.486 GPA with a 3.9 within my major. I never made anything below an A in any English class, no matter how challenging.

I have been tutoring both peers and high school students during my stay at Lincoln Memorial University. Students regularly asked me to proofread their papers, and parents frequently contacted me for help with high school students senior research papers. I have made consistent A's in all of my English classes, and I currently hold a Bachelors degree in English.

English and Writing Tutor

Facilitator Teaching Style: Students discuss with me about the basic understanding, concepts, and framework of essays and papers and then do one attempt. We then review and analyze each paragraph for grammar and general cohesiveness and make necessary improvements.
I am a senior at the University of Tennessee and am majoring in Architecture. Coming from a background of advanced English classes at Oak Ridge High school, writing and composition is my strong suit. I began my career teaching music to students in grades K-8. I have always loved the Special Needs students and thus chose to pursue my Master's degree in the Special Education field. My first Special Ed. assignment was for ADHD and LD students in 7th grade Math and Language Arts. From there I have progressed to being the Lead teacher in inclusion settings as both the regular education teacher and the special education teacher. I am experienced in interpreting testing results and IEP writing and would willingly serve as an advocate for your chile and advocate. I am currently teaching grammar and composition to college level students.
