A Little Bit About Me...

While at Morton College, I accepted the position of Administrative Assistant to the President of the College. As you might expect, his academic background was Education. In many discussions about teacher effectiveness and research into that issue, it was shown that a teachers ability to listen to the students question and the number of possible responses with different interpretation of the subject matter that the teach was capable of, increased the teachers effectiveness. Discerning the nuance in the students question, and tailoring the response to the student; was a major positive factor in teacher effectiveness. I believe I am one of those teachers.
