As a Georgia Southwestern State University Graduate, I was able to obtain many opportunities to work with students of different grade levels and developmental levels. I have a BA in Early Childhood Education and have experience with many different grade levels. I had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of 2nd grade students during student teaching. I have worked in the Education field for 9 years. I started off as a substitute teacher and later became a "permanent substitute" in 2002. In this same year, I also became a class monitor for Psycho-Edu with the Johnson Co. School System. These jobs both required me to help teach elementary students in every subject.
My goal as a teacher is to help children appreciate learning and have fun while doing.
