Making Learning Fun and Easy!

My teaching style is to move at the students pace - however slowly or quickly that may be. I don't mind being asked the same questions. In fact, I believe that there is no such thing as a bad question, and that a student should ask a question as many times as s/he feels it is necessary to do so.
I have a bachelors degree in Economics with a concentration in mathematics. I have been tutoring all of my life. I've tutored children, college students, and adults. Writing is one of my top subjects! I am an outstanding writer. I been writing books ever since I was six years old and I still write books. I have three books completed but I haven't published them because I do not have the money.

I have experience with young kids and young adults to help them be successful in the near future. I worked in a day care a few years ago. I had a young school age class. I assisted with homework assignments, studying for test and how to behave in a classroom. Changing The World, One Child AT A Time

I was an assistant teacher to a 3rd grade class at Wilson's Mills Elementary from 2001 until 2003. My duties included assisted the teacher and helping the students in a manner to help them learn at their pace. And I also have an 8 year old son who attends River Dell Elementary. I love when I can help others!

I am going to school to become a teacher in the grades of kindergarten through 5th, I have been a nanny for several people and have enjoyed it completely! During my nanny duties, I would of course have a home-schooling section and would also help around the house when needed, so I think that I am a very good candidate for teaching basics and other subjects to help kids better themselves and their studies!

A Little Bit About Me...

I would describe my teaching style as friendly. I try not to give off so much of teacher-student type atmosphere, because many children get discouraged and are not as comfortable and not as willing to learn.
