Unfortunately, nursing textbooks tend to be a faceless landscape which is presented to the student with many complex concepts. It is important that the student be able to visualize the concepts as nursing is all about understanding and not memorization. At exam time, students are normally assigned approximately 19 chapters of reading. The brain needs concrete objects to latch onto, such as pictures.
