I believe all children have potential to learn. I always try to find the best approach for teaching each child. I believe in positive reinforcement and giving a child a feeling of accomplishment after they have experienced so many feelings of failure. Worked with "At Risk" 8th graders to help get them on a positive path to High School. Instructed forums for the students that provided with the necessary information to have a successful education. I Created Agendas for upstate youth detention facilities to motivate them to return back to school upon release. As a graduate student at the University of Alabama I instructed 3 college level physical geography laboratory sections per semester.
