I believe ever child has his or her own level of learning. That level can be intrapersonal, interpersonal, visual,etc. Every child must be worked with and not looked over. Not every child learns at the same pace. I am a believer in giving every child a chance. I work with patience, but over a reasonable amount of time, constantly using the wrong tense will earn students a demerit on the class "OOP's" chart. This is a "fun" classroom tool but soon they begin to correct themselves and each other.
