Ever since I was a child, I have loved education, learning, and especially teaching. I started my college career taking education classes. In most of my summer jobs, I have been a youth counselor and leader. I volunteered as a calculus math tutor at BYU. Serving as a volunteer in Japan taught me many things in culture, religion and ethnicity, as well as a foreign language. I trained missionaries learning the Japanese language and religious lessons.
