I have formally taught students from grades four to ten for six months as a science teacher. Recently, I helped my wife in Anatomy and Physiology I and II and Lab and College Algebra. As a recent fall 2009 graduate, it is my goal to become an educator and help other students learn the concepts behind mathematics. I want students to understand that math is not a scary subject and that you can enjoy this field area. In the past, I have tutored/volunteered in the following areas of mathematics: Basic math. College Algebra, Algebra 2, Trigonometry, Discrete math, and Pre-Calculus. I am always helping someone on the side. I own my own science consulting firm and like to dedicate a certain percentage of my time to education and public outreach projects including teaching, mentoring, and tutoring.
