I believe that I am in a unique position to help your students learn both physics and math. The experiences that I have had teaching various math courses and physics, I think, allow me to frame lessons that address the subjects in a way that dovetails with students’ previous knowledge, and asks and answers the essential questions that the math or physics curriculum should involve.
I strive to design experiences for students to step through to shatter their preconceived notions about math and the physical universe, and get them to understand underlying relationships. I work so that students see themselves as problem solvers through techniques involving the use of their developing understanding of concepts with memorable models. I like to exploit the visualization of physics and calculus concepts available on – line and to use web – based simulators.

I truly enjoy teaching. I am very easy going and I can make subjects easy to learn. Since I have an engineering background, I have the tendency to break complex problems into smaller parts. This makes it easier for the student to follow through. All my students in the past have enjoyed learning from me and I am certain that this will not change.
