All of our staff members are highly qualified with over 100 hours of training and observations. Our staff develops a specific intervention plan during an initial session with the child. A detailed lesson plan is developed weekly to encompass each student’s strengths and weakness as they progress through the programs. The staff continuously updates and/or revises student goals as the student either masters a particular area or shows difficulty. I believe students are like little sponges. They're taking in everything around them. Obviously, if you fill their heads with garbage, they will learn garbage.
