Applying the proper "learning process map" is essential for a student's success in learning and retaining information related to any subject: 1. Understand the application of a problem being presented to the student. 2. Apply and retain a simple set of steps required to solve the problem. This is essential to the students learning success. Many students first attempt to focus on a single problem without an understanding that the basic steps to solving the problem are the same. 3. My first quarter of the session is to go over the homework problems and second quarter I give lecture and 3rd quarter I do practice exercises and the final quarter I take question from student.
