This problem is abstract and challenging to some people. Thus, I rephrase it to, "If you have 7 quarters in your pocket, how much money do you have?" My comments on tutoring Chemistry : I taught several levels of Chemistry at the University of Florida to incoming freshman and know what is expected at each level of the subject.
