A Little Bit About Me...

I am a high school student living in Madison AL, 35758. I am sixteen (16) years old I have passed Algebra 2 w/Trig and any lower math i will be able to teach. I am skilled in teaching C and C++ programming having taken multiple classes passing with an A average. I am also a JROTC student and have taken the ASVAB, scoring an 85. I can help with all section except engineering and science. I have taught my younger brother and his friends along with other high school students. I am good with kids and approach each student with a mind set to teach in a manner that will help them understand.

A Little Bit About Me...

I graduated from Wake Forest in 2008, double-majoring in Mathematics and Physics. I also took some courses in the Education Department, and substitute taught for public high schools and middle schools in Winston-Salem, NC and Metairie, LA. I have worked in tutoring programs for elementary school children approximately twice a week for a total of twelve months. I have recently learned HTML, PHP, and Javascript programming languages, and am the designer and programmer for the Facebook application Harry Potter House Sort.
I think educators must take into account the different ways in which students learn. As a special education teacher, I am highly motivated to see all students succeed both inside and outside of the classroom setting. I have earned a bachelor degree in Political Science with a minor in History and a master's degree in both Elementary and Special Education.
